Research Project
Bioactive lipids hold the key to understanding α-synuclein behaviour in Parkinson disease. My research primarily explores whether epoxyeicosatrienoic acids (EETs) can alleviate α-synuclein misfolding and aggregation, and whether the liver communicates with the brain via soluble epoxide hydrolase (sEH) upon pathological changes.
