** Each assay consists of haptens, antibodies and protein conjugates. In some cases, not all assay components are readily available. Assays are in various states of ‘readiness’. For example, some assays have reagents available that have not been tested, or have not been fully formatted for use. In other cases the assays are fully validated, including use by other laboratories. Information about each assay can be obtained by contacting Dr. Hammock or Ms. Gee.
* All assays utilize polyclonal antibodies. *Indicate assays for which monoclonal antibodies are also available. Inquiries for monoclonal antibodies should be directed to Dr. Alex Karu, University of California, Hybridoma Laboratory, 1050 San Pablo Avenue, Berkeley, CA 94706 (telephone: 510-643-7746; fax: 510-642-0875).
